Mitch Callaway – Vice Chairman
Mitch has served as the director of Stones Throw Christian Ministries since 2013. Stone’s Throw works to gather and to provide the resources needed to assist those who are hurting. Our ministry uses crises to meet the spiritual needs of others. Prior to the launch of Stone’s Throw and then entering into ministry full time in 2016, Mitch served Yadkin and Surry county as an EMTP for 22 years. He also serves on the Advisory Board - Safety Team for the Baptists on Mission of the Baptist State Convention of North Carolina.

Angela Cockerham – Secretary-Treasurer
Angela began serving as Financial Account Manager at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, Elkin NC, in June of 2002. Her main responsibility is managing the accounts of the church and daycare at Pleasant Hill. Angela became a member of the NC Baptist Secretaries Association in 1999 when she was working at the Elkin Baptist Association. She served as President-Elect of the NCBSA in 2008 and President in 2009-2010. She also served as Secretary/Treasurer of the National Association of Ministry Assistants 2017-2019. Angela graduated from Surry Community College with an Associate in Applied Science in Accounting.

Rev. Jimmy Lancaster
Jimmy began serving as Pastor of Maplewood Baptist Church, Yadkinville NC, in August 2004 and has served in the church ministry since 1981. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Religion from Gardner Webb University and a Master of Divinity Degree from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Jimmy is actively involved in the Yadkin Baptist Association & Minister’s Conference, serves on the boards of the New Hope Pregnancy Care Center, Yadkin Christian Ministries and the Yadkin Family YMCA.

Dr. Stephen Robbins
Stephen has served in church ministry in North Carolina and Georgia. Since 2015, he has served Elkin Valley Baptist Church, Elkin NC, as Associate Pastor of Discipleship and Missions. Some of the ministries Stephen oversees are our age-graded ministries, mission programs and trips, and church education. Stephen is a member of the Board of Directors of the Baptist State Convention of North Carolina. Stephen received his bachelor's degree from Southeastern College at Wake Forest. He earned his Master of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and his doctoral degree from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.

Sharon Kelly
Sharon has been involved with LifeLine Pregnancy Help Center since its inception in 1995 and in 1999, Sharon became the Executive Director. Her educational background consists of a Christian Workers Diploma from Piedmont Baptist College, Licensed Practical Nursing from Stanley Community College, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a major in Biblical Studies and a minor in Non-Profit Management from Piedmont International University. Sharon has a passion for life, the LifeLine ministry, and a desire to reach souls for Christ. The latest development to the expansion of LifeLine is the affiliation with Image Clear Ultrasound. This includes the purchase of a 30’ Mobile Medical Unit fully equipped and staffed. Sharon teaches a Women’s Sunday School Class, children on Wednesday night children’s ministry, sings in the choir, and serves on the nominating committee and building committee at Mountainview Baptist Church in Hamptonville.
